Hi all I need your help ..I am currently working at coforge completed my 1 year my current ctc 2.73 and I have got a offer from genpact for 4.2ctc but in coforge there was an advantage in my process there was OT in weekends if volumes are good... In last 3 month I have got inhand 27-28k because of the Ot and the same inhand genpact is offering and i got hike when i told them abt ot of 4.2...I am currently at wfh at coforge should I accept the offer or wait for the appraisal at coforge

So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college. I feel like the benefits are great but I’d rather make more now. I am a previous LEO for 4 years who switched to paralegal so I have my leo retirement. Paralegals here make $28 with no benefits what is a good compromise
