Very difficult to accomplish with a low GPA unless you are stellar in some other area. You can apply to a mid-tier school and still land an excellent job.

Non-MBA masters programs also don’t hold the same weight as MBAs in recruiting
Do you have any internships or organization work that will look good on an application? I agree with A1 though. There's no right way to do things. You can still accomplish your career goals without going to a prestigious school.

So would a higher GMAT score suffice as stellar performance and furthermore, offset a low GPA? I do have internships and organizations that I was involved and reflected on my resume. I did made improvements though after hear back from MBB firms and I am working on launching a nonprofit organization. Happy to hear your thoughts!
Might help, but probably won't outweigh performance over 4 years. I would focus on networking and gaining work experience.
Hey Op I’m in a similar situation but targeting top 10 mba programs. I am going to spend the next year studying for the GMAT and focusing on my current role. Im also doing some volunteer work on the side and working on crafting my story.
