I have around 4 years of experience in consulting and analytics and wants to move to PM.

MBA is not a very viable option for me due to personal reasons. What should I do to make a move in PM? Will doing an extensive PM course from PM school or so help?


Please guide.

Canadian working in the US on an L1 visa. Thinking about exiting...debating whether to come back to Canada or look in the US. But, I’ll need to get a visa again... are TNs still granted for managers etc? In consulting or in tech?

When is a rental property worth it? Wife and I bought our first house in the last year for $600k (20% down). Now we’re considering a rental property (likely $300-$400k 20% down).
But how do you know what’s worth it? I understand IRR, but most are negative first few years while still adding equity in today’s market. Have seen several properties for $400k that rent for $2500. Seems like first year mortgage plus tax, maintenance vacancy is about that amount. When is it worth it?
