I have around 4 years of experience in consulting and analytics and wants to move to PM.

MBA is not a very viable option for me due to personal reasons. What should I do to make a move in PM? Will doing an extensive PM course from PM school or so help?

3 Months back I switched to Infosys as a react developer. The project i am tagged to started from scratch and there is a lot to learn. However parallelly I am also studying DSA and System design since last 6 months. But now I am not able to give enough time to DSA because of this project. Hi! In Dec. I saw I was being underpaid & expressed my frustration to my boss & HR & was told they can’t do anything until may. I was also encouraged to look for an internal role at a more sr level to get closer to the salary I’m looking for. I don’t want to leave my role yet & my boss says she thinks she can make the salary bump happen for may. I’ve received 2 offers elsewhere & turned them down & just got one for 25% pay bump. it’s getting harder to stay on when I know I could be making more.

On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?
