Hello All, I’m a project manager but seeking to pivot into UX Research. I do have some experience but don’t have a portfolio yet. Can anyone advise if I should focus on going through a bootcamp or focus on getting a Masters in HCI? Or just building a portfolio with the experience I do have? Top SDRs oftentimes don't sound like traditional salespeople when cold calling. They use a very casual voice tone.

Here are a few tips:

1. Avoid upward inflections at the end of sentences. This makes it sound like everything you ask is a question
2. Slow down and eliminate buzzwords. Speaking fast makes you sound nervous and less confident
3. Avoid reading from a script - internalize your message and put it into your own works so you sound like YOU!
