I have 11 years of work experience in software development, currently working as Technical lead.
I have 2 offers first one for engineering manager and second one for technical lead with gen AI project.
Although CTC for first offer i.e engineering manager is more because of variable component(which will be paid yearly) but both offers lands on same monetary benefits as per their fixed component.
Any suggestions which role to choose manager or tech lead considering gen AI future aspects?

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.
