Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

No, unless you enjoy being a salesperson disguised as a financial advisor.
Where would u start?
Yeah, not a great choice.
Depends on what you want to do. Do you want to be an asset collector? Do you want to be a asset advisor? Do you want to be an Insurance professional? Do you want to do comprehensive planning, either fee based or non fee based?
Just a few questions to think of what you want to do. Everywhere has pros and cons as well as different philosophies. It really depends where you align and how you want to serve people.
Happy to speak further on that and where to go.
Jones get a lot of hate in the industry due to their business model. However, if you buy in to the model you’re likely to be successful.
It’s a damn good model with tons of support if you need it. And for real real, being a FA anywhere is basically the same game: raise assets and then manage relationships. Each of the major firms has target demographics that differ. My office is in rural/suburban middle Virginia and my region has more than 10 million dollar producers, you get what you put into it.
Would u be open to me messaging you ?
