Not too difficult, depending on what your local veterinarian would have you do. Anyone can clean cages, but if you want to help in the more technical side of things you'll probably want to get yourself a certification as a Vet Assistant
If you do choose to pursue one of these certifications, it would likely take around 9 months to complete
Not hard at all, plenty of practices don't even ask for a certification to work as an assistant, although being certified will make you a more appealing applicant
lotta people work as one straight out of high school, so i'd say it's not very hard
Veterinary assistant jobs are not typically available right out of high school. Most positions require at least some post-secondary education or training. However, there are some entry-level positions available, and these may be a good option for someone who is interested in a career in veterinary medicine.
It depends on the veterinary clinic. Some may require experience, but many clinics are happy to hire assistants with little to no experience. Best of luck!
It depends on your local area, but usually not at all. Vet offices are so busy right now, help is almost always needed.
