Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

I would suggest reaching out to people on Linkedin and asking for a 15 min phone call. I once reached out to the google recruiter who transitioned from MSW to recruitment. She was very nice and responded to all my questions.
A good place to start to make contacts and learn how to transition from social work to HR might be to join the HR professional association and take an initial verification course in HR and attend a location meeting to make contacts and connections.
BTW, imho the move from SW to HR makes sense and could result in a higher income for you!
