Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

You set your priorities , cant do all . If studying is for a greater good then we must decide
I prioritize studying, then my general health, then work, then family commitments, then friends. With that said I communicate with my team which days I need to study for upcoming exams so they know my level of availability. I tell my family and friends that I’m not available for a few weeks so I don’t plan anything with them. So then my true focus is school and work and I make sure that my general health is good throughout
I try to have blocks for fun time and blocks for studying. I find it easier to block off a day on a weekend like a Sat/Sun depending on how plans shape out. I'm a bit of a potato on weekdays and don't study as much as I'd like unfortunately
It’s like the worst thing ever - I have had no balance in my journey, not sure if that’s the case for everyone, but I work & study (Bad I know) as I have made no time to exercise and hardly anytime for friends & family but my motto was I would rather say “no” to all the fun things for a shorter period of time then be able to get things in here & there but say “no” for longer because I would be going through the process longer. Just trying to push through and get it out of the way.
I’ve been studying roughly 3-4 weeknights at 3 hours a night and some where in the neighborhood of 8-16 hours a weekend depending on obligations. I’ll do that for about 2 months leading up to the test. That is the max I can do while still doing all the things I have trouble saying no to social events.
I work 40 hours a week and I'm married with three children and although it's crazy busy, it's a small amount of time I'm the grand scheme of life. We will be able to have a life again, but for now we work to better ourselves and one day, as you said, we'll be able to do all of those fun things!
I'm more flexible in my study schedule than most, so I don't normally study every night or morning. I decided to cram BEC and AUD, so those were a 3 week and 4 week period of studying in every free second. REG and FAR took about 12 weeks of studying off and on. Got in the low 80s for those subjects.
I haven’t figured out how to. Full time work/full time grad school plus studying for the cpa. I’m on the verge of losing my mind 🥹
Honestly, I can't give you a definite answer. I don't know, maybe if you really wanna make time for the things that matters, you can.
I make a schedule. I make one before going to bed every night. That is how I keep track of my time and manage it.
I had to give up too much socializing. I can barely see my friends. That's a sacrifice I had to make to reach my goal.
Figure out your priorities. Make a schedule and make a checklist on the task you have to finish for the day. Time management is key.
Time management. This means giving up unnecessary activities like partying and stuff like that. When you make a schedule be sure to stick to it. Otherwise, you are just fooling yourself.
