Well if you’re ahead of schedule you’re not overcharging them in the long run
Depends on how ahead of schedule.
That said, you have a couple of choices.
1) Dont say anything. Present deliverables on schedule, use extra time for polish and documentation
2) Say something, present the fact that you were ahead of schedule due to skill, hard work, and luck, then pick one;
_____A) Add more scope to cover the remaining time and make use of the time they already paid for productively
_____B) Cut the project short and give back some of the money for the remaining time; then sell more expensive/complex work to them or other clients.
Or, B makes you a trusted partner who can deliver ahead of schedule and in the most cost effective way, and willing split the benefits of doing so, which makes them more likely to trust you with bigger and more expensive projects because they know you have a invested in their success as well.
It really depends on the circumstances.
Double and triple check all of the work. Make sure it's sustainable and ready to maintain. Document.
I guarantee the work isn't perfect in every way, so use that time to try to get it closer to perfect. You'll look like a complete fool if you claim you're ahead of schedule and something isn't quite right.
