How long should I wait to reach out for an update after a final interview? I had my final interviews for EY 2 Thursdays ago, last Monday, and last Friday. They had to split my final round interviews into 3 different days due to my interviewers not being available on the same day. Is it too soon to reach out?

But, as an outsider to the firm, I’d be curious for EY-ers’ thoughts/perceptions on the practice. Is it generally well regarded? How is the practice leadership & culture? Layoffs at Omnicom shops today?

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.

Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role).
