How to count my utilization or how it works and how to keep track of it to meet the requirement?

Yeah like EY1 said, don’t stress or be anxious about it. Not worth it. Do a good job & deliver high quality results, that’s what really matters.

like

Deliver quality work, ask for more if you are available, and if nothing is going on do trainings.

5 years and I never hit the utilization goal. I am though very communicative, fun to work with (as i'm told lol), and overall don't hinder the timeslines for our deliverables. That is why I'm still here and not burnt out. IDGAF about some stupid a** metric.

helpful

My metrics - may be delayed / off depending on when you do your time sheet tho

Your firm should track this for you and you should be able to check it each period

Utilization is a scam — live your life bro

Then I’d presume you’d charge to general admin / learning codes if you did wbls. Either way if it’s not client work it wont go towards your utilization

My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.

I’ve got a toddler and my wife is an accountant (industry), and we only have a few immediate family in the country- but they have health concerns. Busy season was rough, things are looking better now as things return to normal. Still working crazy hours if you count the daycare duties on top of utilization targets.

I never say no to work and i have fantastic reviews, and the head of my practice (with whom I work a lot for) has great things to say about me.

I’ve been fully utilized starting ~June, but first few months were slow. Am i fine?!

TLDR: Getting over your ex of 2.5 years ghosting you after they said they wanted to reconnect.

I was dating someone for about 2.5 years and then we broke up because of COVID and the long distance was making it too difficult to continue. The break up must’ve been like a 4-5 minute FaceTime because I was very distraught. After we broke up, she started seeing someone else but I was heartbroken and it’s taken me over a year to really get over everything and process those feelings. (Cont.)
