First of all don't be tense, it's a common lifestyle issue these days. PCOS can be of different types lean/fat. Your doctor will help you identify the type as well as run a hormone panel. For PCOD management alot can be managed by managing your stress level (yoga), regular exercise, well balanced diet and being proactive for your health. It does require a sustained health lifestyle approach.

It is very common, don’t worry! Start to do some exercise regularly and eat in a timely manner. Keep your body weight in check. It can be managed well, my wife has PCOD.
You need to know the reason for PCOS/PCOD and then make changes in your lifestyle in terms of diet, exercising.
