Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

If you are thinking of starting a law practice or growing one with little or no capital, you need to get the book, “Starting & Growing a Law Practice without Breaking the Bank.
It was written based on personal experience and research. I started my practice 11 years ago in the middle of the 2008/2009 recession with about $500 and I have grown the practice significantly over the years using affordable and available resources.
I also coach solo practitioners and small firm attorneys. https://www.amazon.com/Starting-Growing-Practice-Without-Breaking/dp/1099523303

I had this happen with a past client of mine with a past and documented history of substance abuse. She did this twice during proceedings before the Temporary Orders hearing, in fact, and her husband filed for an emergency TRO/called the police on her both times. I eventually WD but I believe it lead to criminal charges for one of these events. It got very messy very quick.. If you’re not going to WD, then I’d suggest a very stern and clear CYA letter to her in the event that what happened in my case happens in yours, and I ditto what the others said about having her voluntarily enroll in therapy or something as a subsequent remedial measure.
Yes and additionally, tell your client she needs to get involved with therapy to have a healthy outlet for her feelings. If this comes up in court, then you can proactively address it by saying she was overwhelmed by the difficulty of the divorce and has engaged with therapeutic services so it doesn’t occur again.
Tell them not to do it again. I wouldn’t necessarily withdrawal without other issues going on but definitely say if this behavior continues, I can’t continue to represent you if you’re uncomfortable with it
