How’s the market currently for QA? Lot of people saying the market is down hiring freeze etc.. Someone who’s in payments domain, is it right time to look for change ?!

Looking to start studying for the CPA is it worth to try to get into a Big 4 before passing? I've heard they will pay for it and give a bonus for passing.
