I am an MBB entry-level consultant (CS background) who has been super interested in PM. I interned at Microsoft as a PM and got a return offer during junior year, but chose consulting as my first career after lots of considerations. During MBB I focus mainly on product and engineering. my honest and humble question - do I have a chance of PM at big tech, if so what level am I likely to be at, and how can I improve the likelihood of becoming a PM in tech again?

I have a job offer for 3 months that pays 25% more than my current job. It is more into civil engineering and I think the experience I get will help getting more job offers in the future. Can someone give me more advice if I should stay in my current job which I hate or take the offer and look for something at the same time.
