I am good at my job and I’m an outstanding performer. I know this to be true from my countless performance reviews. My opinion is highly sought after by many teams. However, I am in my boss’ shadow. She relies on me for everything. How do I navigate this for my career progression? The only logical step for me is to take over from her but that isn’t happening anytime soon. She has stated that she is comfortable in that role forever. What do I do for me to progress upwards? I love the org.

Currently at Meta (working as a Program Manager) and considering accepting a role with Disney Streaming to support the scaling of Disney+. My dream however is to eventually work at Google. Would my application be considered more interesting coming straight from Meta or would diversified experience with Meta and Disney+ be better? Would love to hear perspectives on this! Thanks.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

I was supportive of Lori when this virus first started but her actions since have dwindled my support of her. I've got 4 years at a staffing agency after getting Masters in HRM and making a complete career change in 2018. Doing full cycle recruiting and account management. If you are on a billable project but happen to have a day we’re you aren’t asked to do much, do you still bill the 8 hours for being on call. Or do you only bill the 1–2 hours you work that day on client work? Less than 1 YOE. Curious on your thoughts on billing 8 hours a day even if you don’t necessarily work the whole time. Is this something you have done? I also under stand that billing less than what you work is not ideal, “eating hours.” But what about billing more than you “actually” work
