I am so frustrated. For the first time I have not been able to get my Vyvanse filled due to the nationwide shortage— I spent 3 hours this morning calling every major pharmacy in my city and none have it within a 100 mile radius. What is happening ?!!

Getting life insurance so they drug tested me. Now they want me to fill out a form that basically asks me to certify if I’ve EVER done any of these drugs. What the? Who hasn’t EVER? What happens if I say never did? Idk my results from the drug test, maybe I smoked a bowl in the last few weeks, can’t say for sure. How does this work?

Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". My parent has a star health policy for which the renewal premium is drastically increasing (almost by 50%) every year at age 51.
With such increase I do not think it will be viable for long term. So planning to switch/port.

I'm starting to realize that a lot of my life problems are from me trying to treat my depression with alcohol. This is the most sober I've been in a long time and generally I feel a lot better but it would be so easy to get drunk. Physically the consequences are what are keeping me from doing it. It makes me feel really good though and I miss the high, I am grateful that I can resist it now but at least temporarily it was a cure that worked it made me feel accepted and whole.

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.

Recently at my company there was some concern with salaries due to an accidental email going out with starting salaries for new job postings.. long story short, is it common for different departments to have higher salaries for the same title? For example a senior graphic designer in brand verse product marketing?

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto? I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)

I’ve been having insomnia lately (around 1 month). Tried the usual, lighter dinners, no caffeine etc. with no improvement…. Have been taking Focalin for +\- 8 months. I‘m mindful of timing as well to not interfere with sleep my schedule. Now I wonder if switching to Vyvanse or something else might help.
Any experience with switching ADHD meds to improve sleep?
