I am sooo tired of dealing with older passive aggressive woman that have absolutely no good reason to hate me. I pride myself in my professionalism, but it’s genuinely getting harder and harder to not lose it! Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

My boss (atty) is so disorganized! I’ve been with him 6 months and he’s having a hard time delegating, sharing info and managing deadlines. I’ve organized the caseload to manage the deadlines. He says he wants me to help with discovery but when I offer to start on one, he says he needs to do it. (Since he might have to present as evidence) When I give him deadlines and ask for the docs he says he’ll get to it. It’s a small 1 man firm, and I’m the first assistant besides his wife.
