I feel like I wear a lot of hats most days. The hat that just never seems to fit right is recruiting. I second guess every job description and often face push back from the actual recruiting team.
I also don't want to insert myself too much for fear of candidates (and their managers) getting the impression that they are "diversity hires"

Anyone have recruiting success stories they can share?

Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. I followed up 3 times already and got the answer that I should expect to hear by the end of the week. My last follow up email, no response lol. Should I just move on now?

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Working at a company and they can’t seem to hold on to their female, black and people of color employees. I blinked and 3 of the people who were in my onboarding class were either fired or they left. For context I’ve been in company less than a year and there are people who have been in the company 25yrs. I’m thinking of cutting loose before it gets to my turn.

Definitely took the wrong job. I was offered a seriously competitive salary and great benefits to work at a well funded startup, which is great! Turns out the salary and benefits were meant as lowkey bribes to insure I worked at the company without actually doing any work. Latinx - help! We used this term in our diversity spotlight discussing Hispanic Heritage Month. One individual said that in English a group of Latinos would just be Latins to be gender neutral. I understand the word is controversial but is “Latins” grammatically correct? I assume we should just say Latin Americans, but trying to understand if Latins is also accurate.
