Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

Reps, you have a client who you’ve had for less than a year. You’ve helped them secure a couple small jobs in that time span. They book a big job with an agency that isn’t a house account but certain producers and clients at that agency are noted as house accounts. The job came through a reco from one of those house account producers. Do you charge the full 25k commission, even though you didn’t really have a hand in the sale, and the client already had a strong relationship with the agency?

How does your firm measure utilization? I work for a small boutique that defines it as utilization = number of billable hours/2,080 and full bonus payout occurs at 80% plus.

Recent exp hire in consulting and would love some input. Pre hire was promised by leadership that the firm was doing lots of interesting strategy work in a niche, cutting edge but rapidly growing field. I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed?
