With all due respect, you answered your own question, move to another company
How many times have you been passed over? Do you feel those who got the promotion were more deserving?
If you feel you were more deserving and have specific examples of why/how, talk to your manager and provide proof of your merit. If they still won’t give you specific comments, look elsewhere. They’re just taking your chain.
Once you feel the way you do it’s time to move on. Yes, it may cause you some pain or doubt but believe in yourself and pick yourself up and your skillset with a head held up high and get promoted elsewhere. You’re worth the risk!!
