I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Are you retiring? If you’re not retiring, you should stay in until you retire and for the rest of your life, you will have a monthly check and military benefits and you’ll be young enough that you can do a second and a third career everyone that gets out or mostly everybody that gets out regrets that they didn’t retire. I have met so many people that have retired from the military, retired from the airlines, retired from something else and they’re getting two and three checks a month. Benefits!
Absolutely not. Became a federal employee and buy back your military time if you are concerned with benefits. Active duty is not competitive at all.
Before giving some “sound advice,” do you mind sharing a little more specifics (without PII, of course)? Were you also seeking employment while doing skillbridge as a backup plan?
Professional Background:
Throughout my military service, I have gained extensive experience in medical logistics, ensuring the efficient and effective distribution of critical supplies and equipment. I have successfully managed inventory, coordinated transportation, and implemented streamlined processes to meet demanding deadlines and support medical personnel on the frontlines.
In addition, yes I applied for other companies as well with little to no success at the moment
Can you elabore more on what you mean by thing didn’t go as planned? Didn’t like the financial planning job or they didn’t offer you a full time job ?
Northrop Grumman has a lot of skill bridge job openings in many different locations

3 of my old coworkers from NG were hired from the skill bridge program (financial planning, deltek cobra trainer, program scheduling).
Good luck and hope you find a full time job soon.
