I'm really sorry you're going through this. After my miscarriage, I had a similar experience where I was suddenly eating way more than usual. I learned it can happen because of hormonal changes. My body was still adjusting after everything, and I think the sudden increase in hunger was just my body’s way of trying to restore balance. I found that eating smaller, frequent meals helped, and I tried to keep my snacks healthy, like nuts or fruits, so I wouldn’t feel sluggish later. It’s also totally okay to reach out to your doctor if it feels like too much or if you just want peace of mind. Mine helped me figure out what was going on.
