I recently moved from a smaller agency to a huge corporation, and the culture shift has been intense. At my old job, I was in the weeds with every account—writing briefs, jumping on strategy calls, even troubleshooting minor client issues myself. Now, I’m one of five AMs on a single account, and everything goes through layers of process and approval. The perks and pay are great (I got a $15K bump), but I feel totally disconnected from the clients and the actual work. Has anyone else gone from small to big? How did you adjust and find meaning in a more siloed role?

What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one.

And when I explain something from Lean UX or something then apparently that's too cookie cutter.

I've done 26 interviews in the last month and I half and I've gotten no where 🥲

732 applications the last 11 months that doesn’t include since the start of the pandemic looking for work. Out of that only 117 have been viewed that’s 6% viewed! the hiring process is completely broken, human resources, managers, and hiring managers are not capable! The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!

What's the hiring process like for a littler case smart attorney? Is it easier to get a case smart position compared to an associate position? Not that I want to be an associate there, but just trying to see if I have a solid chance.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

What would be the CTC for technical lead role?
They are giving 15 percent variable as well.

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. Has anyone had similar experience?

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion.
