I recently started a new position as a financial analyst and I need some advice. What can I do outside of work to become more analytical? I’m going to start studying for CMA, but I’m not sure that’s enough. Are there any free/cheap online study tools anyone has used? I really want to excel in this position, but feeling discouraged because I’m not instantly “good” at it.

What was the role and salary bump, how are annual bonuses/raises in industry, what is a typical work week (hours) like? I don’t think I can take this always on just to stay afloat life much longer. Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
