I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Do some light strength training to build up the muscles in your arms and wrists
My dad has chronic wrist pain and he recently got a copper bracelet. I’m not sure if it’s worked but maybe do some research on it or give it a try- I think it was less than $20
Is there tenderness to touch, inflammation, stiffness? Is it more painful at a certain time of day (ie after waking up). Do any other joints have slight pain? If so, may be worth asking your pcp to run a blood test or get an x-ray. Could have the potential to be autoimmune related. I say this because my first symptoms of arthritis started with unexplained ankle pain, then a year later unexplained finger inflammation & pain. PCP originally tried to say I injured myself without knowing somehow & the ankle pain should go away on its own, spoiler it never did. Anyway, good luck figuring it out & managing the pain!
I have wrist pain but the pain is pretty consistent location-wise. I’ve been going to a PT for something else but asked them about my wrist and they’ve had me doing worst strengthening exercises that have helped a lot! Maybe something to try?
