Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏
Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.

Was just thinking about this today! I’m 38 and an EM, with a PhD. I’m definitely the oldest EM in my firm. I’ve had multiple bosses younger than me. I’m way older than the new analysts I work with.
I do feel a bit odd sometimes but in consulting I feel ok overall. Like you said, your future boss in industry being under 30 is just…weird. There’s a lot of milestones that typically occur from 27-35, so relating to them is difficult and I feel it’s impacting the “vibes” aspect of hiring for sure.
I am an MD who pursued an MBA, joined consulting and am now looking to exit to industry. I am surprised that people only see my seniority in consulting as a decision factor to calibrate my health industry role. I have significant relevant experience as an MD and in health management pre MBA. Have others faced a similar conundrum ?
Yes, and also how it is so variable from company to company whether YOE from PhD counts at all towards total YOE for the role, which can put you at a big disadvantage
