I now leave my hair the hell alone. Shampoo once every 2 weeks. Deep condition. Twists with leave in conditioner and Jamaican Black Castor oil. My hair has grown so much since COVID with this routine.

I would do this ify state hadn't opened up early
My routine is pretty basic. For reference, I have mostly 4a hair with patches of 3C, fine strands, high density, normal porosity.
1-2x per week wash with a shampoo, just about any shampoo works for my hair. I’m currently using the Pantene gold one. Then I either use a rinse out conditioner like Suave coconut or Trader Joe’s tea tree tingle or deep condition with Olaplex 3 or Shea Moisture Manuka Honey Mask. I let it sit for like 5 minutes (rinse out conditioner) or 20 minutes for deep conditioner and then detangle with a tangle teaser with the conditioner still in. Once detangled, I rinse out completely.
For twist outs I add Kinky Curly Knot Today as my leave in. For wash and go’s, I use Cantu coconut curling cream for my leave in. And then style.
Daily, I spritz my hair with a little water and smooth on sweet almond oil. If it still feels kind of dry, I add more kinky curly Knot Today. If it feels super dry, I wash again.
I do a cherry Lola treatment once every 6 weeks or so.

Mine is simple. On Sunday I wash and condition my hair with all about curls shampoo/conditioner. Then I use Redkin heat protector and dry my hair with my Revair
daily I use Mielle leave in conditioner spray and ever 3 days I use Serenity Naturals hair gold scalp treatment drops.
Thank you all! Just trying to do a baseline if I’m doing the right things regularly. Appreciate it.
