I’d block her.
Block her. But also, you are dating a child so you should grow up
I’ll be honest, that’s kind of a weird age gap. The new girl is barely out of college while you’re a manager
Only weird for weirdo zoomers who barely date anyway. 28 and 22 has been acceptable for most of human history
22 is a great age for you
congrats, got a newer model

Block her and move on.
Even if just out of respect for your current GF, you need to block and stay NC.
Don’t block her…. Keep posting and enjoy the moment.
Just revisiting this now:
I can’t block her, we used to live together and some of her letters still comes to my place. I’ve just stopped responding to anything derogatory.
Secondly, yes there is a 6-year gap between me and the new girl. Yes she’s fresh out of college, but very intelligent and emotionally mature, working as a legal graduate while sitting her legal exams. Both of us never saw the age gap as an issue, it was never mentioned once.
Yes I’m a manager, I would probably be interviewing people her age (or older) for jobs where I work. But putting the age aside, we get on well as people, and that’s what matters to me.
If the issue is on social media, Hide/Mute on social media worked well for me for awhile, eventually I had to delete since IG kept showing reels they liked 😭.
Also 29M, most of my M/F friends go by Age/2+7 as the minimum age before it gets truly weird. Really just depends on the people/maturity/being happy at end of the day.
The 22 year old does the same thing when I behave like a child so I don't know.

First off, well done. You got someone a few years younger than you which will help keep you younger and more energetic. Secondly, you need to delete everything related to your ex, block her, and out of respect for your new girl, have a no contact policy with the old one. If you run into each other in public, be cordial but that's it. Avoid when possible. Even if it means going in a different direction because you spotted her before she saw you.
Age gap relationships always bothered me but she's almost a full adult (brain forms around 25) so I don't see an issue. My friend was 18 when she met a 45 year old and that's technically ephebophilia...I think whatever your ex is going through it will blow over but I would detach as gently as possible. You have the right to move on.
