I'm 38, burned out from consulting for 15 yrs...have no debt (own my home/no mortgage) and enough savings to live on for ~4 years. Is it stupid to quit and freelance for a bit? Wrong to hope I get laid-off?

My HR rep told me that to apply for your CPA license in MA you only need 1 year of work experience, not 2009 billable hours. Didn't sound right- can anyone confirm/deny?

It feels like my pay and title are lower than my scope of duties. I manage Youtube channels and do all strategy, planning, talent management, rework content for socials, reporting, graphic design, + a bunch of other stuff. Do you think I should be something like Video Content Manager? A Strategist maybe? My company doesn't have career pathing & I think they'd be happy to keep giving me more work with the same pay. I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. Our firm told everyone no bonuses this year due to the pandemic. However, people like myself with high utilization received a “bonus” in terms of a gift card. My director notified me of this, but the other day my boss was mentioning how no bonuses this year really sucks.
