I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Microsoft is the right answer here. Comp is less than FAANG but very relaxed wlb and good benefits.

Salesforce is pretty chill
That would depend on what you’re doing now and your experience. There is a large Services Delivery arm that implements Salesforce, which is where I am. Others may be able to chime in from other departments.
Tagging on Microsoft, LinkedIn for sure.
Does this exist? Am I just dreaming? I’d imagine old tech companies like Oracle or IBM might have something like this but cannot confirm. I’ve been at a large tech company before where my director left at 3 pm regularly and would occasionally answer emails; his personal life came first. And I’m sure he made good money.
I’d rather get a root canal than go back to EY
