I’m a tax associate (specialty tax) at RSM. I’m absolutely burnt out and I have no energy to study at the end of the night. I have so much on my place and I find myself just staring at the screen. Everything is such a mess no matter which firm I go to in this practice. I do the work of 3 or 4 people with no proper training and instructions from my managers because they have no time! It was the same at GT. I’m thinking of a career change to tech, does anyone have any advice?

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. Why would you ever want to rollover your 401K into an IRA? It seems like doing so would essentially prevent you from successfully being able to do a IRA to Backdoor Roth IRA conversion due to the pro-rata rule. Am I missing something? A manager I work with is my official mentor at the firm. They expected me to do something for them in busy season when I was booked on another client, but when I try to get time to talk to them about my reviews or performance, they seem to just ignore my invites or reschedule constantly and last minute.
