I’m disappointed with a recent offer from Salesforce. I know the base can go higher for this role and I am worth more than what’s being offered! Unfortunately the recruiter asked me my current salary and I responded but my current salary is an average for my current role (although I am a v.high performer per the last 2 years ratings) and could be the result of old biases. Any tips to make sure I get what I deserve.
