I’m working with a Director and Business Manager who aren’t used to structure and processes. They constantly undermine my decisions, go rogue, and schedule meetings without asking for anyone’s availability. Then the meetings are not productive because there’s no agenda or guiding purpose.

I escalated this issue because I don’t know how to work with them to my boss. My boss said I need to tell those two they are barriers.

Scenario, interviewing a candidate that has great experience for the role however candidate has a lot of tattoos. Nothing crazy or derogatory, would you pass on him/her? Not a customer service job either. Specially manufacturing…. Have you ever passed on a candidate because of tattoos?

Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. She’s made 5 other associates cry during her 5 year career. Got someone fired and made another person quit. It’s known around the office that she can no longer have a female associate, because she talks down to females more than she does males. I came along and thought I could deal with it but she literally makes me want to not log on tomorrow.
