Interviewed with a company Wednesday, was told at the end and emailed with next steps that an employee (holding Co email/not agency) who was CC’d would reach out the following day to schedule next rounds.

I replied back, said my thank yous to interviewer and greetings for the CC’d employee.

No response in two days and email has not been read (crm tracking) by both people.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

I started my new job completely remotely in June and when we go back to the office, it would be a 1.2 hour, 40-mile one way commute.. Would it be entitled of me to ask to come into the office 3x/week since by the time that we return to the office, I’ve already proven that I can work efficiently from home? Asking creatives to work on a project with lots of award potential but minimal budget/billable time allocations. So the majority of the work would be done on personal time.

How am I supposed to get that experience if one of the things holding me back is not having enough agency experience?
