Partner Interview (6th interview).
Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

You can ask. Once upon a time we didn’t have to wait half a decade for a 5% bump.
But would recommend figuring out when the cycles are at you company and maybe tying it to your review. Timing is everything and building a case for yourself actually goes a long way.
If you’re a great asset to the team and the only AD, I would 100% ask for a raise. Get paid what you’re worth
It’s not too soon to ask, but I would make a list for your own reference on accomplishments you’ve met, or any instances of going above and beyond that will give your manager the foundation for the ask.
(You don’t have to present or check off your list during conversations but it’s a good reference to help you “refresh their memory” on what you’ve done). Good luck!! 🍀 💰
