Is it just me, but why do I constantly get scam staffing agencies reaching out to me from Glassdoor? Almost every time I visit the Glassdoor site, within 24 hours I get an email, call and/or text from some random recruiter (voicemails callers usually have a heavy accent). It's frustrating, because I am legit trying to find a job, but I only get these replies from GD. They need to do better!

Last month someone from Natwest posted an opening on a linkedin professional network, I sent him my CV. After couple of days 2 rounds of interview happened and I was told that I am selected, salary was discussd and he told me that offer letter will be released soon. No commumication was done over email. Was he a fraud?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? We interviewed a great candidate, extended a verbal offer and she accepted. We sent the written offer a few days ago but she hasn’t opened it or accepted (it’s expiring tomorrow). I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
