I have been offered 120K by EY Canada for Manager role in Supply Chain Consulting team. I have total 9.5 YoE and in Supply Chain domain. Is it a fair offer? I am employed with EY India for past 3.5 years and being offered the same level at Canada.

I started working for a new law firm, much larger than the firm I was working for previously.
