Are you multiplying hours by your rate or do you have actual collections data?
Actual collections
Depends on the firm but to being doing well at a biglaw firm the ratio should be between 3 and 4x collections.
No credit for pro bono.
For a small firm, that's probably about right, assuming you aren't bringing the work in yourself. Small firms bill in so many different ways that its tough to really evaluate.
If you are in an expensive region, then it would shift a bit, since overhead would be more expensive.
You need to consider your overhead as well.
