I’ve been considering a change in career path. If you left your paralegal role, what did do ? Open to any and all suggestions (prefer remote if at all possible).

I’ll preface with something i heard someone else say - you definitely want to pick a job that matches the lifestyle you want to live. I pivoted from a paralegal to an EA which really overlaps a lot but I barely do any legal work now and I enjoy the work much more. It has its pros and cons but I’m much happier now at an in person job than i was fully remote being a paralegal. Just didn’t like the work anymore. I will say though - the higher the pay, the more likely they’ll want you to come in even if it’s hybrid. Hard to find high paying fully remote jobs nowadays (but not impossible). Good luck!

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.
