Vote for Amazon gift cards. If you want people to have choices, a gift card or bottles of wine are good to since not everyone may drink.

Someone got me a hydro flask once and I loved it, and would give you money to add something else small on top. Could also go coffee receptacle (i.e insulated tumbler). Money is always an a-okay option, but in case you wanted to get actual gifts.

I’ve been interviewing and I’m running out of excuses for being out of the office randomly and without much notice.
