Just opened a ROTH IRA via Fidelity. What are some suggested growth allocation(s) for $6k max? Stocks, MF, ETF? I’m 37F with no debt, maxed out employer 401k, separate brokerage account and Vanguard MF and some ARK ETFs

You make <139k filing single or 206k jointly?

Cool. I’d just do something basic, like FSKAX

VIGAX

You can request options trading on your retirement accounts with fidelity (takes 1 day), start writing put options instead. Market is too overvalued that any growth fund you put money into is basically you joining the crazy party.

I applied for a job at a well-known healthcare company a couple of months ago. I had a number of remote interviews and then they asked me to fly out for a final round of in-person interviews. Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I have other offers and can't keep waiting for these foot draggers.

Hi,
I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.

This might be philosophical but wanted to understand if we should get satisfied and be happy with what we have or keep striving for more?

Reason I am asking this is - I earn close to 1.5 lakhs every month and if someone had told me this during my college days I would have taken it eyes closed thinking this is more than enough. But today, I am not able to be satisfied and I don't want this to become an affliction so thought to share with others here and get to know the general sentiments.

I’m considering building up my I bonds to eventually replace my 6 month expenses emergency savings account. Any downsides I’m not considering? Is there a definitive guide to cost of living? The obvious cost of living centers (SF, NYC, LA etc.) get covered a lot, but I’m wondering where my city falls. It often feels like a MCOL area but I’m not sure how to adequately judge that, and it would be helpful to know when comparing salaries and the like.

What’s everyone using instead of Robinhood? I just learned of WeBull recently but am not sure it’s for me.
