I was earning $95k with 3.5 years programmatic media experience (in NYC) and was told by my manager when I got that raise that it was unfairly low because of Covid. I have coworkers in programmatic making today $125k with 5 years experience
Ask for $120k.
$105k is the bare minimum depending on your exact experience. But if you’ve been there long enough and proved you can to the job, I’d shoot for 10% more than what you’re making.
7 years experience in Programmatic, $200k base, $65k bonus, work at a DSP
Roughly 6-7 years performance marketing experience. Current base salary is ~$100k, but this is definitely below market rate

Thanks all. They ended up offering me $110k… still lower than where id like to be but didn’t sound like they could do much make due to where the company is financially. Any advice?

Where are you working?
Good luck. I don't know what you'll find in terms of data, but I can say that at 7 years, you should be getting $80-$120k.
Yeah, you shouldn't be at the lower end, but it's possible, especially in certain markets or companies that pay little - but all of that means it's time to get more
manager of programmatic should be around $100k - next level up would be around $120
I'd just caveat that titles are often very inflated at agencies with "managers" sometimes as junior as entry level. But an actual person managing a team should be in that range
7.5 years experience, client side, $140k
6 years experience in paid social was making 75k base + bonus bringing to around 90k
just came here to ask if ur looking for a job bc it shouldn’t be this hard to get a raise geez! but 4 years paid social, same job title as you, $92k + 10% bonus
