I'm recently completed my MBA from a good institute and am currently a CFA L2 candidate. I have approx 2.5 yrs of workex and am interested in roles like FP&A, Financial Modelling, portfolio/risk management, valuations, or fixed income. Would appreciate a referral for an IB.

I had the first round of technical interview with Kyndryl and it went really well, but there was no feedback from HR. How many rounds of interviews are there in Kyndryl? How much time does the HR usually take for releasing an offer?..

Should I list my side hustle on my resume or leave it off?

Cons: I’m worried people might think it’s too much of a time commitment.

Pros: it’s reasonably impressive. I bootstrapped a company into existence on my free time and it has an impressive list of clients now. Profitable.

I’m technically the majority share holder, not an employee of the side hustle (it’s legally a company now). And I have employees that manage the daily activities.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

How is onsite opportunities with cgi

I hate Kirkland for what they did to me. Got laid off due to intra-firm-politics at a point in my career where I don’t have enough experience to lateral, when the market is so bad for corp/M&A that even with experience getting hired isn’t likely with a Kirkland stain on the resume, during the holidays when getting interviews or even screeners is just as unlikely, and all of this without any warning at all. Recruiters can’t or aren’t helping. I don’t know what to do, but this is a nightmare

Need to know one thing urgently. Have attended lateral TCS interview and cleared TR and MR..But got to know in the MR round that my preferred base location they cant provide..So went ahead with it. HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...
