Not happy with a job I started about 2 months ago, so I took an interview with a company I applied to just before taking this job & got the offer. Is it ok to jump ship? What would you do?

Considering joining a small 50-person company as the only attorney (prior attorney is retiring). (I am currently in-house at a F50). For others who have done the same path, what surprises did you have when moving from a large company to a small one?
