Just say it’s freelance. Go
I’m 4 months into a new job and am starting to realize I hate it. Life’s too short to spend the majority of your time doing something that makes you unhappy. If your resume shows a track record of longevity and this would be a one-off, then leave. If you have a lot of short stints, might want to stick it out so you don’t look flighty.
Better to jump at 2 months than at like 7 months, IMO.
Leaving an agency that had bad vibes after a month was the best decision I’ve made in my career
Are you going to be happier? Do it. Mindset impacts performance. Go do your thing somewhere you want to be so you can do your best work
Its always ok to do what makes you happy in your career. Don’t waste time somewhere you don’t want to be. You don’t owe them anything but hard work for a paycheck
I literally resigned after a week at a new position to accept another offer. If ur professional about it and honest youll be fine
Yes, jump. You got an offer, so clearly the new people don’t care about the short stint.
You should never feel any loyalty for an ad agency because they’ll never feel any for you. It’s all business. Do you.
