What is the general consensus on online I/O psychology programs? I’m looking to pivot into HC consulting and am strongly considering USC’s online MAPP or Harvard Extension School’s I/O Psychology graduate program.

I’m mid-career and hoping to make a pivot to internal comms. I’m currently working in-house but the vast majority of my experience is at agency with very little internal comms experience. Other than finding opportunities in my current role to gain experience, what can I do to gain experience or expertise to make me desirable for an internal comms-focused role?

Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? Have folks here gotten root canals done before? How much did it cost for root canal and the crown? I’m seeing $1100 range for the root canal and $1400 range for the crown, so $2.5k for one tooth!! Is this normal?
