How do you get past a stall on your squat/deadlift numbers? I'm stuck in the rookie category (85kg barbell rear-loaded high-bar squat, 100kg conventional deadlift)

I'm using the alternate grip for DL, and I deadlift/squat barefoot for better grip. My form is proper. I'm 7 months into weight training.
