Anyone aware of TCS hiring process? How many days normally they take for the process. I had an interview yesterday both technical and Managerial. After that HR confirmed me over mail that I have cleared the interview rounds and asked to fill all the details on their portal. However, I haven't got any update today so I am just curious how many days they normally take to verify docs and proceed to HR discussion?Tata Consultancy Wipro Infosys IBM Accenture

I think all the above. I usually try to start adding connections (who are in similar roles or on teams I am interested in) at the companies I am interested in. I usually send personalized connection requests saying I’d love to hear about their experience at the company, and potentially see if they had any insight into hiring teams for an open role. I do this with both alumni and peer level people. I’ve also added more senior people on LinkedIn. I’ve also had more success with emailing people. You can find most people’s work email online these days using tools, and I’ve emailed many recruiters and people at the hiring manager level about certain roles asking if they could point me in the right direction. Of course, not everyone will reply. For me, around 30-40% reply. I’ve found as long as you craft a quality message, are not aggressive, and are polite, it can’t hurt. Every interview I’ve had in the past few months has come from a referral or me reaching directly out to recruiters or hiring managers
I can help show you how to do cold outreach in LinkedIn in an automated way to get conversations. These can lead to informational interviews to help guide you on your next step or actually help you land your next role. This process helped me find my next opportunity, allow me to expand out of my warm network to get where i was interested in going but not necessarily where i knew people. Feel free to DM me.
Would love to see what you could share.
Attend professional organization meetings and meet new people. You should identify what type of position you are seeking, going forward, before introducing yourself as a potential candidate.
Highly recommend warm network intros from friends, friends of friends, former colleagues etc. If not immediately clear on linkedin if someone you know is connected to firm of interest, proactively around your own network. Also cold outreach too
Yes to all of this. Reach out to someone right away and just start talking
