Change does have an impact on people and sometimes it can be a bumpy road. Help her navigate it. Sometimes that’s all someone needs. If you feel she is going to hurt herself or someone else then bring the CO into the picture. One thing you need to know learn is that all issues need to be handled at the lowest level and escalate when warranted. Good luck to you and you bunkmate!
Give her some time to adjust first. Help and guide her when she needs it. You should tell your CO only if things get out of control.
Don't you think it's too early to tell your CO? You should observe and analyze the situation first. If it's quite serious then you can tell you CO.
I agree with the first comment. You should handle the issue first and escalate only when warranted. Good luck to both of you.
Later. Give her all the help and assistance she needs. She's so lucky to have you as her bunkmate.
